What Causes Red Rashes With Itching And Inflammation On Abdomen And Buttocks?
My husband and I both have a red rash on our stomach, thighs, back of knees and buttocks. It itches and heat really inflames it. We have used topical cream and Benadryl and it's still present. It's the second time it's happened. We thought it was laundry detergent or the salt in the water softener. Not sure. Thanks.

It could be fungal infection do one thing use Zole F cream for 7 days and later on use Terbinaforce ointment twice daily and try to avoid tight garments as aeration will supportive to heal. If does not reduce take Flucanozole 150mg weekly once for 4 weeks. If not show to a dermatologist
