What Causes Red Ring Around Anus And Diarrhea At Night In Infant?

My 2 1/2 year old has had diarrhea for three days with vomiting in the middle of the night but not during the day. She is eating and drinking but the stools are green, extremely stinky, and all liquid and she now has red ring around the anus. Should I be concerned this is more than just a virus?

Toddler loves to put almost anything they get hands on.So green coloured stools is not a big issue...But can you tellme the history of any itching around the anus?? If itching is there that condition is called PRURITIS ANI..It occurs because of continuous wetness around the anus so please wipe the area n make it dry.
