What Causes Red Round Spots On The Legs, Hands And Genitals?

Hello Sir, I have lots of dark red round circles all over my leg, hand and my private area which are very itchy.. I cannot sleep well in nights every day for itching. The itching problem is become worst in night. Any way I had used many creams like Surfaz sn, Onabet etc. But no results. Now I am using Propygenta N.F. cream and take Bactrium D.S. tab. But no results happened. Please sir help me. What should I do now.?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection - Tinea corporis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Topical anti fungal agents like Terbinafine ( Lamisil ) or miconazole ointment will be helpful for this. Using Ketoconazole soap or talc along with this is good also. These are available as over the counter. If it is recurring then you may need oral anti fungal agents like Fluconazole. This a prescription drug and is given 150mg as tablets once weekly for 1 month.
