What Causes Red Scrotum In Kids?
My 2 year old son has a red scrotum. I noticed it 2 days ago and have been applying Triple Anitbotic Ointment to it at every diaper change. He has refused baths the past 2 nights so we have done showers instead. What should I try to clear it up? Diaper cream? Anti fungal cream?

If there is associated itching, this can either be a fungal infection or a contact dermatitis. Treatment is different in these conditions. Kindly discuss with your doctor for a direct consultation. Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry.
