thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.... well they can be just some bacterial or fungal infections or might be something else... answer me a few questions.... how old are you? are you sexually active and into unprotected sex? how big are the sores and is there associated discharge? are you having vaginal discharge lately? come up with the answers so that it becomes easier for me to come to a diagnosis... as for now, maintain genital cleanliness you can consult a DERMATOLOGIST... hope this was helpful.... regards
