What Causes Red Spot In The Vaginal Lips?

I ve had some issues with my lady parts on and off for the last few months. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but he had been tested for stis and was clean. We broke up and I slept with another guy, but it was with a condom. I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and was negative and then had gotten diagnosed with a yeast infection. The pill didn t work so they have me a cream. Now a month later,I feel like I have another one, but this time don t have discharge. Just itching and burning. I scratched my inner vaginal lips pretty hard because I thought it looked red and then now it is a big red spot that looks almost like it is bleeding. It barely barely bled but looks like it s bleeding still and is a big red spot. Is it another yeast infection, is it normal to have a red spot like that, is it normal for yeast infections yo be that frequent, could it be herpes?
