What Causes Red Spot On Penis Head Along With Itching Burning Sensation?

I have a very small pin head reddish pink spot on the Tip, there is no itching burning or irritation. Associated with it nor is the area raw or Painful and I have no trouble passing Urine I noticed it by just looking down at a glance but the area does not hurt or feel uncomfortable by any means the area does not look like a Rash and I don t have any feeling of being sick or a fever

You have to exclude soft chanker which is not a good sign if proven that. If its so it could be sexually transmitted disease and early diagnosis will help. But as you tell its red spot, could be boil but that pains. You have no pain.

Better not to delay clinical examination.
