What Causes Red Spot On Roof Of Mouth Despite Having Suffered From Sinus?

I just noticed some red spots on the roof of my mouth thy dont hurt there just there was wondering if it s due from post nasal drip. I been having that a lot suffer from allergies n sinuses. Please help I am freaking out I also have anxiety n this is just adding to it.

As per your query red spots on the roof on mouth can be due to a number of common causes like allergic reactions, burning with hot foods and chemicals, injury with hard foods, inflammation caused due to oral infections and at times post nasal drip can also cause inflammation and infection and formation of red inflamed bumps over palate..
There is nothing serious and you can just relax.
If you have post nasal drip you can take mucolytics, anti-allergics and antibiotics for relief.
steam inhalations will help..
Do warm saline gargles.
Gargle with a solution of soda bi-carb in water will help..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy,hot and hard foods to prevent further irritation.
