What Causes Red Spot On The Head Of Penis?
I have a red mark on my penis head. It just surfaced without notice or trauma. Its not friction related. I researched the problem and believe it is a fungus. What medication can I get, preferably over the counter, to address the fungus. Thank you.

Fungal infection is accompanied by itching and discharge.
Redness on penis is not sufficient to label the condition as fungal infection.
Is there history of any of these symptoms.
If yes, then the discharge needs to be examined to look for evidence of fungal infection.
Mechanical trauma like sexual activity can cause redness on the penile skin.
A clinical examination will be rewarding in your case so as to determine the cause of redness and thus treatment can be planned.
