What Causes Red Spots Filled With White Fluid On Skin?

I have this skin problem where u get small red spot and then thoese red spots have some white liquid. It causes itching and irritation. After a sticky white fluid comes out of that red pimple kund of things , the area effected becomes a black patch marks. And thoese black marks are not going. Its mainly on my back,shoulder and under arms. Is it Acne..??

yes this is acne, it is under androgen control and age related. shoulders and back are common sites of acne.
u wash your body with Acne Aid soap and consult dermatologist if complaints persist.
