What Causes Red Spots On Back And Breast?

Hello my name is Saltanat. i have a red spots on my back and breast on the left side and its painful a little. look like allergy but im not sure because my left underarm lymph nodes is swollen. I got Cortizone 10 and suprastin pill but its not really working. i think im sick i don t know if i can say its bulimia but i ate a lo of food and i vomit after, during few months it was at different time i could stop for few days and then just repeat it and i smoked a lot. i stop vomiting about a week ago trying to eat healthy and be strong but i have this red spots fpe a few days already. what is it could be? thank you
