What Causes Red Spots On Body Of An Infant Post Treatment For Fever?

Good morining doctor. My baby 8th month old.Female location riyadh,saudi arabia. She got fever last 3dyas, as per doctor advice i was given medicine(adol 120mg , tylenol suppository,Zmax). day before yesterdar onwards no fever. Today morning i found some red spot (point)face and leg,stomach. She was took vaccination upto 8month. please confirm chance for chicken box?

There are chances of having chicken pox as vacination of mmr is not done at this age. But we also have to rule out dengue fever. For both, we should do chicken pox serology and dengue ns1 antigen for diagnostic purpose. In the while, u can contine with symptomatic therapy
