What Causes Red Spots On Lower Legs?
I have red spots on my lower legs (Spelling ? Pettculi) Could this be what it is and what causes it. My late husband had the same looking spots on his lower legs but he was born with Tetrology of Fallott. The only know heart problems with me are, high cholesterol and mitral valve prolapse with murmur.
