What Causes Red Spots On Penis After Having Unsafe Sex?
Hi Dr. I recently had sex with my girlfriend for the first time ever (unprotected)she had no STD s and I ve never had sex with anyone but her well after we had sex a couple days later I noticed red spots on the foreskin and head of my penis... They don t hurt and theres no pain when urinating and no discharge from them do you have any idea what they can be? I have been applying neosporin to the red dots do you have any ideas what they could be from? P.S. She also recalls putting in my penis when she wasn t really wet the red dots do not seem to be going away I m really scared I hope you can reply ASAP

All the conditions above can be transmitted through sexual contact, so until you figure out what you have, you should to be extra about protecting your partner from direct contact with the lesions or from genital to genital contact.
