hy doctor i had red sopt in penis and penis skin inside all so redis my skin doctor suggest me a Aziwok 250 and onbet cream tyhis problem last 3 month i give medicen then the clear then after 15 days this problem i have hight praser and diabitek also

Looking at your history this could be related to STD/
in my opinion your should consult your GP doctor for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test , urine for culture and sensitivity test

you may require a course of antibiotics depending upon the clinical findings and lab reports
have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
multivitamins supplements
