What Causes Red Spots On The Arms And Back Of An 18-year-old?
Hi, my 18 year old son started with red dots on his arms and back this morning, some itchy,some not. He went to the doctors and he had a temp of 100. The doc didn t know what it was, said maybe a virus. Now the ottom of his feet are swollen as well as his hands and his upper lip. He is running a 102.3 fever.

Most probably it will be a fever blister and will settle once the fever subsides. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
