What Causes Red Spots On The Leg After A Leg Sprain?
I suffered a moderate/severe sprain 6 days ago, have been on crutches and an air cast for the last 3 days. Now noticing tiny red dots on the skin surrounding the area (Petechiae possibly), not itchy. Is this a sign my ankle is not healing properly and I should seek further medical help?

Possible that you may developed fungal infection.
Use antihistamine if allergy. Moisturizing or anti fungal cream.
