What Causes Red Spots On The Penis Head?

Hello. I have shiny red spots on my penis head which have been there for like a year now. They don t itch, hurt, bleed or do nothing. They are just found there. Moreover, a white hard spot keeps appearing and disappearing in the middle of my penis head. What is this? Whats going on? Any medication?

Dear patient You might be having sexually transmitted infection. Recurrent and non healing ulcer on glans penis is sign of std. You need to take visit to skin and vd specialist and get yourself examined. Send swab from ulcer for gram staining and culture. blood testing for vdrl and antibodies against gonorrhoea should be done. All the best.
