What Causes Red Spots On The Right Forearm, Thighs, Lower Back And Neck?
Hi, I started getting red spots inside my right forearm on Friday night. The next day, it spread to the inside of my left arm. Now I have red spots on the outside of both thighs, my lower back and the back of my neck. I don t have food allergies. We did go to an event where they served pulled pork and chicken teriyaki.

Hello,
The red spots seem from allergy to me. Take antihistamine at bedtime. If itching, apply anti-itchy cream. Applying aloe vera gel can also help.
If no improvement and if they will get worse, should go to ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.
