What Causes Red Swollen Bruise On The Mole Upon Garlic Application?
i applied garlic on mole on my face 3 months ago.. i saw it in google and applied or 5 hours.. it was fine in the night.. but when i woke up in the morning the skin turn red which further turned out darker and swollen.. i broke the skin and took the water out but it remained as a black mark. how can i get rid of this mark on my face?
This much long application can cause caustic effects over skin due to acids in the secretions or extracts so such applications should be avoided strictly and that too based on ant unauthenticated information shared on internet whose reliability or reference can't be confirmed.
Now since the burn or scar mark on skin is persistent, you can consult a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. Initially supportive treatment is enough which includes, application of vaseline, Melasopeel creams, but UV therapy can be discussed with a dermatologist. Otherwise scar or mark reduction surgery may be needed.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
