What Causes Red Swollen Itchy Vagina?

On Friday night I shaved my vagina, on Saturday I had vigorous and rough sex with my partner, which afterwards I was red, swollen and itchy. I woke up Sunday morning in an awful amount of pain and 15-20 spots, kind of like yellow heads but they all have little black dots in the centre. My first concern was herpes, my doctor didn t seem too concerned, but took swabs for testing. I won t get those results until Monday, but I m in so much pain, sitting, laying down, wearing underwear and wiping is causing major problems. Even walking at times. Any ideas?

Understand your concern
I think it is rough sex associated with vaginal infections
Other causes are as follow.
1. Vaginal Yeast Infection , Fungal infection
2. Vulvovaginitis
3. Trichomonas Infection
4. Urethritis
5. Anxiety Disorder
6. Contact dermatitis
7. STDs: gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes


Consult the doctor and do following test:
Pelvic examination
Urine culture and microscopy
Culture of discharge
PCR, ELISA and NAAT for STDs

Treatment are as follow
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
3. Antibacterial/fungal talcs: apply candid powder
hydrocortisone 1 % ointment
4. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
5. Wear pure cotton Loose Clothing
You should use following single dose treatment:

1. AZEE 1000 mg
2. TINI 1 G
3. ZOCON 150 mg
