hello,i have a red swollen lump at the tip of my foreskin. it is painless when touch but kind of cause a bit discomfort when erect. this lump appeared to have black spots in it and around it too. there had been a lump since i could remember after ive circumsised loong time ago when i was still a kid.now im 20 years old and the lump is getting a bit bigger and swollen

I think you should get further evaluated. The lump may be related to sexually transmitted disease. According to your prescription it can be molluscum contagiosum. Do STD tests.
