What Causes Red Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?
Hi, my name is Courtney. I m 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Every now and again I will get bright red spotting when I wipe. It goes away right after I wipe and it only happens a couple times a week. Is this normal? My doctors office is closed until Monday.

As per your history is concerned you have spotting from vagina.it happens 20%cases upto 12 week in ist trimester.It is due to implantation of fertilised ege inside lining of uterus.As long as you have no pelvic pain it is normal.so do not worry at all.Thanks
