What Causes Red Welts On Skin On Limbs?
Hello I am a 69 year old male w/cold have been taking Airborne and Zinc Cold Therapy for two days. Today I noticed red welts, trunk, arms and legs maybe 20 in all. They itch a bit. I also take vitamins and supplements. Could I be getting a reaction from too much Zinc, Vitamin C or Magnesium?
