What Causes Reddish And Itchy Bumps On The Ankles And Legs?
I have red, itchy bumps on my ankles and legs mostly. They have spread alittle on my hands and arms. They itch real bad! They have clear liquid but then turn to blood. Evan though I try not to scratch , I do at times before I think about it. They make terrible sores and still itch.

I think there is a possibility of you having scabies.
It would be better if you attach a photo of the rash for me to reports.
Taking cetirizine can help you with itching.
If it is scabies permethrin cream should be used.
