What Causes Reddish Bumps With White Heads On Legs?
Hi, I have these red bumps with a white halo around them on my legs. There was one on my arm that faded, but left a dry patch. It seems to be spreading. I m trying to find out if I need to be concerned. They do not itch, which is throwing me off on finding an answer.
