What Causes Reddish Loose Stool And Abdominal Pain After Taking Some Probiotics?
I took propiotics today and noticed that my stool after was a bit reddish and loose .. I always took with it some hair supplements but never had this side effect from them. I also have IBS, could this be blood or something else? I have been having abdominal pain for last couple of days with body aches and headaches, bloating and gasses.

It looks to be blood. So I strongly recommend you to see your treating physician to diagnose the reason of bleed. It may lead to severe hemoglobin decrease and complications may happen. Your physician will do some stool studies and blood work. He may go for Colonoscopy.
