What Causes Reddish Lump On Labia Majora?

I have a (just one) small, red, hard bump on my labia majora. I am not sexually active and never have been (I'm a virgin). I don't shave down there, only trim so I don't think the culprit is an ingrown hair. But I don't know what exactly it is. Do you have any idea?
