What Causes Redness Along With Itching Along The Bikini Line?

Hello, I have an issue regarding itchiness in the creases between the thigh and the vagina And has been there for quite sometime.
It itches badly but doesn't pain and on scratching produces a watery Fluid Sometimes and becomes red. Please suggest what I should do. Thank you.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain itchiness in the creases between the thigh and vagina that is itchy and produces watery fluid and redness seems to be due to fungal infection known as Jock Itch..
It occurs commonly due to moisture accumulation in the area as the are of crease can accumulate more of moisture..
Other cause can be wearing very tight clothes, diabetes, obesity,immunosuppressant drugs,obesity etc..

I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and in case of fungal infection you can be advised to apply a combination of antifungal ointment like Clotrimazole and a steroid ointment..
Keep the area clean and dry..
Wear loose fitting and cotton undergarments..
Wash the area 3 to 4 times a day..
You can also avoid using harsh chemical detergents, bleaches etc..
You can also soak the area with a solution of 1 part of vinegar and 3 parts of water..
