What Causes Redness Along With Itching Around The Anal Region?
The skin around my anus is really pink, I belive this is because I am constantly scratching around the area and now the skin has scarred. It s been there for years and its just unsightly, is there any way I can restore the skin back to my skin colour? The area has slowly been getting larger.

The constant scratching may indication parasitic infection of the gut in some persons.
The use of oral parasitic medication would help with this and you may also want to consider a stool culture.
If you are able to stop scratching the area, this would help. In addition the use of a mild topical steroid would reduce any inflammation of the area and help with any discoloration.
