Hello,

Panderm plus cream contains Clobetasol which is a steroid. Panderm plus cream application should be slowly tapered & its long term use is not recommended. Burning, irritation, redness or black spots are the side effects of the application of the cream. Peeling, skin thinning also occur. You are suggested to avoid exposure in sunlight. Whitening creams & serums are quite effective. You are suggested to visit a dermatologist, get your skin type clinically examined. You may need laser therapy or microderm abrasion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
