What Causes Redness And Black Spots On The Face After Stopped Using Panderm Plus Cream?
hi, I have used panderm plus cream for 5 months at first my face became white and soft but then after it started having pimples so I stoped it . 1 year has passed but my face is full of black spots holes and redness . please tell a solution to get my fairer face back.
Panderm plus cream contains Clobetasol which is a steroid. Panderm plus cream application should be slowly tapered & its long term use is not recommended. Burning, irritation, redness or black spots are the side effects of the application of the cream. Peeling, skin thinning also occur. You are suggested to avoid exposure in sunlight. Whitening creams & serums are quite effective. You are suggested to visit a dermatologist, get your skin type clinically examined. You may need laser therapy or microderm abrasion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
