Hello, my dad recently got a skin condition. Redness and flaking and blotchy on arms, chest, stomach and legs. Nothing on his back. He says it only starts to itch if he scratches it. His right calf is swollen and red everywhere and when he took his sock off, he said a clear fluid like a popped blister came out of his calf. There hasn t been any significant changes in his medication. He has been on a diet and lost 26 lbs. in the last 2 months. He smokes but does not drink. He is 70 years old. Just wondering what this could be. Thank You
