What Causes Redness And Burning Of Feet After A Work Out?

Hi, My Name is Mariah i m 12 years old but on friday after gym i took my socks off and my feet were really red and they burned and I washed them and the redness went away some but yesterday at night it was on my legs and on two of my toes i wonder what this could be?I weigh 80 pounds and i take adhd meds focalin concerta and clondine

Hi Mariah, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
As you are on medications for ADHD, and the medications you have been using have the potential to cause peripheral vascular disease, particularly when clonidine is used in addition to methylphenidate, my opinion is you should immediately visit your local vascular surgeon to rule out any peripheral vascular disease.
From the history, I feel the possibility of Raynaud's phenomenon must be ruled out and I think you should show this thread to your parents or local guardian(s), so that they can accompany you to the doctor and also you should consult the prescribing doctor to know whether he/she thinks that any revision in the treatment regimen is needed or not.
