Pupil size will be different if you have been prescribed any drops which cause pupillary dilatation..These will be usually prescribed after an
eye surgery for a week or two..
In addition the gas bubble and the condition of
retinal detachment also cause pupil to be bigger than the fellow and the reation sluggish..
No need to worry about that..
The vision will be blurry because of the gas bubble..
It will get absorbed in 2 weeks..
Later on the vision depends on the status of the retina..
But let me tell you, vision after a retinal detachment surgery is guarded and depends upon the health of the retina..
The irritation could be because of the sutures or the
prednisolone drops..
It will slowly come down..
Keep using lubricating eye drops..
