What Causes Redness And Irritation In Urethra With Bleeding Tip Of Penis?
Hello, I recently developed a small red, shiny irritation on the opening of the urethra. After urinating, I noticed blood in my underwear and from the tip of my penis. I have no idea what this could be, and have recently had a chlamidya and gonorreah test that came back negative.
Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
from the medical history you provided it seems that your problem is related to urethral lesion which u described as red, shiny lesion , but There are variety of reasons which may cause this including Urinary tract infection (UTI ), kidney stones , bladder infections ,Small venereal warts inside the urethra , etc
if u r experiencing frequency , urgency and burning while urination , the possibilities of an UTI is high , while a stone in Urinary tract can also cause these symptoms but it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
even if the bleeding disappears i would strongly suggest you to see a Urologist ,he will examine you thoroughly and will go for some investigations Including blood and urine tests and ultrasound to rule out underlying medical condition
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
