What Causes Redness And Itching Sensation On The Lower Leg?
I have a red, itchy area on my left lower leg that began on Saturday after I walked on a bike trail in Northern Virginia. I can t associate it with food, and I was wearing leggings. I see no signs of bites, nor ticks. The redness seems to be expanding. I would appreciate your thoughts on how I should proceed or just wait it out.

Redness can be due to enlarged veins on your thigh. It's better to check your thigh area and below your knee to ankle for any enlarged veins.
