What Causes Redness And Lump On Bottom Of Penis?

Hi, I have a small lump no bigger than a pea down at the bottom left side of my penis (top side that is).. It s very red, and painful to the touch, but otherwise ok... It s been there for quite a few days now but hasn t formed a head like a spot would and it feels firm behind it, as opposed to soft like a spot would... Wondering if it s an abscess? Any thoughts please? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it could be boil, due to infection if this is just single one and having no more induration then it is nothing to worry but just keep this under observation for further changes till then you can have tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, hope this information helps.
