What Causes Redness And Pain In The Eye With Headaches And Cough?

My friend has red eyes often, and he told me his right eye was hurting him, and it was really red. He also has a burning sensation in his wrist veins, aswell as intense headaches and harsh coughing. He gets goosebumps and shivers sometimes, also looses apetite but i still make him eat. He refuses to go see a doctor due to some back story about hospitals and doctors, but i would like to help him very much, at least with soemthign. Please help thank you xox

Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated.
Most probably it will be simple headache or cluster headache.
However we have to rule out conditions like migraine and glaucoma also.
As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tramadol for pain relief.
