General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Raised & itchy mid eye brow. Can be due to allergy to cosmetics, hair root infection. Swelling under eyes could be due to problems of eyesight or urine infection.

Need to get investigated /along with detailed physical examination t..to find exact cause followed by specific treatment. Consult your family physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
