Dear Dr. I often have redness and hardness of skin usually on upper left outer thigh and the redness spreads. the condition improves after taking DiphenhydramineHCL 50mg. & Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP., 0.1% (80 g). I am on my feet 10 hours a day and take care of my grandchildren. I am 74 yrs. of age. Could you give me some insight as to what causes this condition. There is a center in the red hard circle. Could it be an insect bite? Why do I have this condition when I am overworked. I do not see the insect., but there is a dark spot in the center. Laura A.
