Hi,
As per the history provided, my thoughts are as following:
This looks to be inflammation of the
lymph nodes all over the body, the cause cannot be found out easily.
All the places you have mentioned contain the lymph nodes.
This can be a viral or gram-negative bacterial infection having affinity for the lymph nodes.
This may not give
fever as against expected.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the ultrasound-guided FNAC of the lymph nodes, as this may give an idea.
Continue antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication like
Ibuprofen and may need oral
steroids as the strongest anti-inflammatory measure as you have pain and tenderness.
Do not be freaked out as the history is of short duration and hence suggestive of infection as explained above.
Since the other reports are normal, the worry is still less.
I hope this answer helps you, please discuss with your Doctor and looks forward to proper diagnosis and management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
