What Causes Redness And Warmth In Hand Radiating To Armpit?
Hi i was diagnosed with cellulitis yesterday on my arm after a fall from a horse on the 7th i was given flucloxacillin 500mg it really helped and reduced the heat pain and swelling today but the heat and pain and redness has come back tonight and hot and sore right up to my armpit now

Appreciate your concern
Injury due to fall does not cause any infection immediately or may not cause any infection if taken good care
You have been given antibiotic and this is not analgesic this can not subside the pain
Advise:
X-ray of injured part may be needed
Treatment:
Have bed rest
Medication:
Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
If the condition become worse better to see the ER
Take care.
