What Causes Redness And Warmth In My Scrotum?
Hello,
i noticed last night that my scrotum is very red and i am worried. There is no itching, and it is uniform. There are no bumps or other symptoms. It might be slightly warmer than usual. What do you think this could be?
The only thing i could think of is that I went skinny sipping in a river a few days ago and put jeans on without underwear. Could this have contributed?
