What Causes Redness And White Blisters On Nose While Using Cetaphil?

My nose always gets red and has these little white blisters. They resemble acne. I wash my nose I use cetaphil because I have very dry skin. I make sure to give my nose extra care. I even tried not putting any on my nose. Everything I have tried and it still happens.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective boil a very common phenomenon and most of the time this is self limiting for pain, inflammation "Tab Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen" can be tried, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
