What Causes Redness And White Spots On The Inside Of Vagina?
I had sex with my boyfriend. We used a new lube. The next day i was sore but didn t think anything of it. But now when I pee it hurts and I have redness and small white spots on my inside of my vagina. I m not sure if this was an allergic reaction or an STD and I m scared of what it might be.
Hi!! According to your history there are few possibilities: first is herpes infection which is viral in nature and presents with pain, redness and small blisters on the genitilia. Second is candida infection which presents with itching, soreness and whitish discharge. It can also be an allergic reaction to a lubricant but in that patient experiences excessive itching along with redness and soreness. To confirm the diagnosis you will have to visit the doctor and get yourself evaluated properly as certain tests would also be required.
