hi, I just noticed my leg is bright red below my knee of left leg, only med I take is a pill for sugar.any idea what it could be? maybe circulation problem..... I am 62 yrs. young, thank you , JOE......

Hello.
If it's painful then it's probably cellulitis.
Otherwise it can be due to diabetic complications.
