Red bumps can be caused by allergies, insect bites, infections, and a number of skin conditions. The sources of bumps and rashes often vary by age and health condition.first you should elevate the legs while sleeping.avoid over exertion.elevate or put legs on stool or chair while sleeping.eat proper healthy diet.do morning walk for atleast half hours.if,further complain remain same then get a cbc with esr test done first.
