General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Warm, red bilateral feet without pain with history of cerebral ataxia can be part of immune related issue as polycythemia vera, immune response to unknown conditions and others.

She requires detailed physical examination, relevant lab reports as complete hemogram, platelet counts, coagulation profile, doppler study of both lower limbs for best co relation of possible cause and further guidance accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
