What Causes Redness In Scrotum And Penis Opening Inspite Of Using Betnovate?

Good morning,I have a red Scrotum and penis tip for the past two months, were the slit is, seen my GP, they have prescribed various topical lotions, now using Betnovate and have been for the past few days ( but not on penis tip, just Scrotum), although I see a marginal change the scrotum is still beet red and Penis tip still red, I fed up of going back and forth to the doctors, not sure what else to do, please advise.

Hi.

Sounds like a yeast infection causing the rash you are experiencing, so I would recommend the use of anti-fungal topical application if that has not already been used like clotrimazole cream to be applied over the region twice daily for the next 10-14 days.
