What Causes Redness In Throat Along With Pain In Joints?

I had a throat infection one month back. I took antibiotics for five days. However some amount of redness is still there in throat. Also i am experiencing low grade fever for the last ten days with multiple joint pain making walking very difficult also i am feeling heaviness in the head. Pl help
